The order nobody was supposed to see

Good morning.

Here's a trade tape from July 29. Read it top to bottom.

13 prints across 3 exchanges in 1.2 seconds, one $2.7M NVDA order

A 1-lot on MIAX. A 1-lot on MEMX. 25, 27, 1, 2 on Cboe. Then 1,000. Then 3,917, just 0.017 seconds later.

Thirteen prints. Three exchanges. About 1.2 seconds. It looks like a lot of people trading.

It's one person. One order. $2,719,750 in NVIDIA calls, split up so the tape would hide it.

That's how big money buys options: in pieces, fast, everywhere at once. Scanners count the pieces. Nobody puts them back together.

Our team spent the past year building the thing that does. It watches every print, rebuilds each big order the second it lands, and ranks the boldest bets of the day on one short page.

That NVDA order was the first story it ever told us. The ending is coming soon.
