How to paper-trade the board this week
Here's a lesson for anyone who wants to learn the board before using real money.
Paper-trade it for one week.
- Each morning, write down the five cards: ticker, side, strike, expiry, score.
- Pick the one or two that fit how you trade.
- Write down what you would have done: the contract, a size you're comfortable with, and where you'd get out if you were wrong.
- The next morning, check that contract's open interest in your broker. If it rose, the position was kept overnight. If not, it churned back out.

After five sessions you'll know which kinds of cards you understand, which scores you trust, and whether the board fits your style. That's worth more than any single trade.
The board makes this easy because every day is stamped Final after the close, so you can go back and review.
